TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Sales Are Final.  There are no returns/refunds on Custom orders.

Once you order is approved for production, any mistakes in spelling, phone numbers, etc. are solely the responsibility of the client who approved the proof and payment will not be refunded. 

All designs remain the property of A1CustomPrinting.com until paid in full and approved as final artwork by the client.  At that time, A1CustomPrinting.com, retains the right to use the design in a portfolio and any advertising as seen fit by the company. 

A1CustomPrinting.com is not responsible for damages of any kind.

Payment in full will be required before any project goes to print to secure time and efforts.

Artwork submission form must be completed before making any purchase online.

Alternative payment options include: Cash App, Paypal or Katatpay.

Phone consultation is FREE and in-person meetings are $30/hr.

Turn-around times begin once Payment in Full is received. (3-5 business days is typically standard for printed materials: business cards, flyers, etc.)

 

5-7 business days for Apparel & Accessories.

FULL payment must be received before print production begins.

Customers are allowed (2) minor revisions per project. (Additional revisions will be billed at $60/hr in 15min increments.)

Shipping charges will apply to ALL orders.

Rush orders are available for some orders that are needed before turnaround time. (Rush orders are placed before other orders already in production.)

Please place your Design order 2-4 weeks before an event to ensure an effective turnaround time. 

A1CustomPrinting.com ask that all communication remain between email to ensure accuracy and avoid miscommunication.  We will no longer respond to Facebook/Instagram messages or text messages.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

100% Non-Refundable payment on ALL Design Projects.  (All Sales Are Final)

  •   Prices and quantities are non-negotiable.
  •   If a project is cancelled by “The Client”, for whatever reason, the payment will serve as a cancellation fee.
  •   There is no refund after labor has been placed into project.
  •   Print Design projects such as Business Cards, Flyers MUST be paid in full including shipping before sending off to print.
  •   Print Projects will be set to print after client approval.  After project is set to print, there are no refunds unless the printer is at fault.
  • ​   All print materials are shipped to a Residential or Business Address.  By default, any other mailing option is not accepted.
  •   No final artwork or files without watermarking will be sent until final approval.
  •   Draft files (revision files, unselected logo proofs, premium paid fonts and themes, .PSDS,) remain the property of A1CustomPrinting.com.
  •   Logo Files are only sent once the project has been fully completed, in the formats of 1 each: PDF / JPG / PNG.
